Moving In/Out

The following requirements are to help your move and to minimise inconvenience to your fellow residents.

Please advise the Building Manager at least 72 hours before your move so that lift covers can be put in place.

Failure to do so and any damage to the lift and/or to common property will result in the cost of repairs being passed onto the owner/tenant.

Lifts may only be used between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Saturday (NOT on Sundays) for removals.

The Botanic removalists' bay is restricted to small trucks no longer in total length of 6.0 metres, from front bumper bar to the rear of the carrying tray. Such removalists' trucks are generally known as “three ton

The clearance height for the carpark is 2.20 metres.

The Owners Corporation of SP 90323 is not liable for any claims or damages arising from removalists' vehicles obstructing the Botanic driveway or the Council's footpaths and nature strip.

It is your responsibility to remove from the building removalists' packaging material (cardboard boxes, packing paper, etc). Please do not deposit such material into garbage bins or rooms.
